Our Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
We cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear (unless defective), or personalized items.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Log in to your account and visit the "Order History" section
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason
- Print the prepaid return label that will be emailed to you
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized carrier location
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, provided the item is in stock. To process an exchange:
- Follow the same steps as a return
- In the return reason, select "Exchange" and specify the new size/color
- We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return
If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Return Shipping
We offer free returns on all orders. Simply use the prepaid return label included in your original shipment or generated through our returns portal.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@monsa.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

Can I return sale items?
Most sale items can be returned within 30 days, provided they meet our return eligibility criteria. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@monsa.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Can I return an item I purchased as a gift?
Yes, gift purchases can be returned for store credit. The refund will be issued in the form of a Mon'sa gift card that can be used for future purchases.
Do I need to include the original packaging?
Yes, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund. This helps ensure the item can be resold.
What if my return is lost in transit?
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. If your return is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund until the item is received at our warehouse.
